“Vision is a picture of the future that produces passion”
Jessica Ceja is a Senior Account Executive at Southwest Strategies supporting projects related to infrastructure, transportation and community outreach for various public and private clients. Her background in government and non-profit allows her to creatively meet the needs of our firm’s diverse group of clients.
Prior to joining Southwest Strategies, Ceja worked at the San Diego County District Attorney’s Office where she empowered victims of crime through advocacy and supportive services in the Victim Services Division. She also interned at San Diego Metropolitan Transit System where she gained experience learning about San Diego’s transportation system and performed site surveys to promote equitable transportation for the community of San Diego. Throughout her career she volunteered at ABC Youth Foundation, a non-profit organization that empowers San Diego’s inner-city youth through various enrichment programs. Through ABC, she implemented a program called the Urban Planning Youth Council that encourages inner-city youth to be connected to their community.
