Nicole Mugford is a Senior Manager of Executive Administration and Finance. She brings multiple years of high-level administrative support, customer service and project management experience to the firm. In her role, her primary responsibility is heavy calendar management, in addition to ad hoc projects.

Prior to working with Southwest Strategies, Nicole started her administrative career working at one of the largest architecture firms in Downtown Boston. From there, she transitioned industries and worked at the Broad Institute of MIT & Harvard in Cambridge, Massachusetts. She held various responsibilities there from administration, project coordination, HR and event coordination. She recently moved to San Diego and has worked at the Salk Institute of Biological Studies supporting the Director of the Cancer Center, as well as the Scripps Research Institute. Outside of the office she enjoys hot yoga, spending time outdoors and painting.
