Rachel Audino is a Senior Director of Public Affairs at Southwest Strategies supporting public agencies on energy, air quality and other projects in Central and Northern California. Her varied background in government relations, health care and the more technical aspects of regional planning make her a vital asset to the team. At Southwest Strategies, Audino leverages her expertise to develop forward-thinking solutions for the challenges public entities face today.
Prior to joining Southwest Strategies, Audino held positions at UCSD’s Qualcomm Institute, Fresno State and most recently served as Community Medical Centers’ Manager of Public Affairs. She holds a Masters in Public Administration from Fresno State and a Bachelor of Arts in English and French Literature with a minor in Russian, East European and Eurasian studies from UCSD.
